Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living area with large sliders overlooking the canal, a beautifully equipped kitchen with everything you need, and a comfortable front sitting room for extra space to unwind.

The game room offers hours of entertainment with a foosball table, three arcade machines, and classic board games—perfect for rainy days or evening fun.

Guests will have full access to the home, including the living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, screened lanai, backyard, dock, and tiki hut. Please note that one locked owner's closet located in the game room and the garage are not available for guest use and will remain locked during your stay.

Other Things to Note – Luxury Dockside

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in after 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Early/late options may be available with prior approval.

No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises (inside and outside).

Parking: Driveway parking only; the garage is not available for guest use.

Waterfront & Wildlife: Home sits on a freshwater canal. No swimming in the canal. You’ll often see turtles—please enjoy from a distance and only feed with the turtle food provided (do not touch or handle wildlife).

Dock Use: Guests may tie up their own boat at the dock. Use at your own risk; observe all local boating laws. A public boat ramp is just minutes away.

Grill: Please clean grill upon departure. Grills left unbrushed or with food on grates will incur a $50 fee to the guest.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials (paper goods, trash bags, basic toiletries). For longer stays, please replenish as needed.

Maintenance Access: Routine lawn or service visits may occur; we’ll notify you when possible.
