Guests have access to the entire home, including the pool, lanai, kayaks, and dock. One locked owner’s closet is located in the primary bedroom, but there is plenty of other closet space available for your belongings.

Pool heating is included in your stay.

Please rinse off after using the kayaks or swimming to help keep the pool sparkling clean.

The home is on a freshwater canal, great for kayaking and paddleboarding. Swimming in the canal is not recommended.

Driveway parking is available for multiple vehicles.
The grill is free to use as long as you clean it to the condition in which you found it. If the grill is used and not cleaned there is a $50 grill cleaning fee. Smoking on the property is not permitted.
