The only exception is one locked owner’s closet, which is not available for guest use. Everything else is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Boat Access: The home includes a private captain’s dock with lift. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat (please confirm size and weight restrictions before arrival).

Pool & Spa: Heated year-round for your comfort. Please follow posted guidelines for operation.

Fire Features: Propane fire pit and outdoor fireplace are available for guest use.

Owner’s Closet: One small locked closet is reserved for owner storage.

Neighborhood: Located in a quiet residential riverfront community. Out of respect for our neighbors, no loud parties or events are allowed.

Wildlife: You may see dolphins, manatees, and other wildlife from the dock—please enjoy from a safe distance.

Maintenance: Our pool and lawn services may be on-site during your stay to keep the property in top shape.
